Nick wanted me to post more crap, so here goes.

Which scene from the Prequels is the worst? It has to make you cringe and want to kill someone.:

And which scene from the Original Trilogy does the same for you?:

Describe in detail if you want

Best boobies in Star Wars:

Best hairdo in films:

How you would have improved the Battle of Endor in Eps 6:

How would you kill Jar Jar?:

So i'll ask questions to see if anyone out there is giving 2 shits about this community, other than Nick of course, as he's been posting here daily.

Anyways, what were your thoughts on Episode III, nothing long, I don't like wasting your time:

Prequels or Originals, which will withstand the test of time?:

Favourite Star Wars character, and why if you care to explain:

Do you like Boba Fett?:

If I posted pictures of boobies or scantily clothed men on my posts would you be more likely to reply?:

So..... pitra_de_vries and I went to Fred Meyer today and we saw these...

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Well actually we only found Darth Vader, R2-D2, C-3PO, and Chewie but I had to go online and see if there were more... They are giant pez, standing about 12 inches tall and they all play the Star Wars theme song. They are AWESOME. The only thing that could be better is if there was a Storm/Scout trooper one (pirta_de_vries's request). But we think the Death Star one is cool. Any way if anyone cares you can find them at Cargo Bay or Candy Warehouse, but they are kinda on the pricy side... I still want one!!!

Aunt Beru.
I always did, and still do, love this character.
There was always something comforting about her voice and calm.
This frame is one of my favorites from the saga where she looks up at Owen and you can see the knowledge in her eyes.

The 501st [15 Jul 2005|09:41pm]

I'm sure you're familiar with these guys. They show up everywhere, and I know i'll be seeing them at Dragon*Con this September. Which brings me to my subject...I want to march in the parade, but didnt know how to join the proper group. I could either a) fill out a form and be placed or b) join a group and march with them. The 501st was suggested to me. OMG THE 501st!!!!!
I'd give my right eye to be a member, but I'm supposed to have a professional quality uniform. Something tells me they'd reject me based on my whole skirt idea. No 501st for me, i guess. That, and they require attending at least one event a year, and I seriously can't count on that. Someday tho...someday.

btw, ill post any pics that i take at d*con this year pertaining to star wars.

requesting costuming suggestions [13 Jul 2005|03:36pm]

So a little while back I was planning a costume for a convention, and decided I was going to go as an imperial officer. Thing is, I personally dont think the traditional uniform looks good on a woman, and I decided that I would alter the basic pattern. So I asked a few people I know for help, and I got a lot of good advice. I actually saved the pictures you posted, geoff. Very helpful.

So IMO, I thought it would be more fitting that a women would wear a knee length semi-a-line skirt, and only slight modifications to the rest of the uniform. It would be distinctly imperial, yet modified. And I like the idea of a shirt that looked more like thisCollapse ), something that buttoned diagonally across the chest. At the moment Im searching for patterns online that could be of some help.

any thoughts?
